Minimum Eligibility Requirements
General requirements:

Letter of Support + Commitment certificate from Canadian designated organization(s) such as Angel investor or Venture capital or Business incubator

Minimum financial commitment of $200,000 from Venture capital funds or $75,000 from Angel investor or acceptance into a Business incubator program

Must not intend to live in Quebec

Must meet the required English or French language cut-offs: CLB 5

Have proof of funds + enough for business

No minimum education requirements

People in the Business Proposal: No more than 5 essential persons can be identified
NOTE: Essential Staff

Up to 5 essential staff in total can apply for PR

All staff members must be identified on Letter of Support and Commitment certificate

All staff members must meet requirements (Language, Proof of funds, etc.)

If one staff is rejected, all are rejected
